AI introduces uncertainty, learning behaviors, probabilistic outcomes, and ethical considerations directly into enterprise systems. As a result, the Enterprise Architect role is no longer centered on designing static structures, but on orchestrating dynamic, data driven, and continuously evolving ecosystems.

This shift is not primarily about adopting new tools. It is about developing new skills and emphasizing the right capabilities to guide organizations through the AI era.
